BIC has over 30 years experience in the design of energy and usage efficient buildings; as well as environmentally and aesthetically pleasing structures.

     The use of insulated load bearing walls has been a well known technology in Europe for over 30 years. This technology was brought to Thailand, through BIC, over five years ago. BIC is the first company in Thailand which is building completely with Hebel aerated concrete in place of the traditional concrete columns and beams, with brick or aerated concrete in between.

     Buildings which are properly designed and built are cooler on the inside.This makes the building more comfortable; decreases the initial investment; and decreases the lifetime cooling and maintenance costs. Buildings built to our exacting designs have an insulation factor that is 5 times better than any known design available in Thailand.
